Yes, the Owner Logbook is free for one property: documents, AI filing, health score, maintenance calendar, hand-over. Paid plans take over for heavier use or several properties, from €4.99/month for the Plus Logbook and €19.99/month for the Portfolio Logbook. See pricing.
How does the logbook fill itself in?
You drop in your documents in bulk: ZIP, PDF, photos. The AI reads them, dates them, files them and extracts the essentials (tradesperson, amount, warranty). You confirm. No manual entry, unlike traditional logbooks that ask you to type everything in.
Is my data protected?
Your data stays private: only you have access, unless you generate a sharing link (revocable). You can export or delete all of your information at any time.
