Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your account. The change takes effect immediately, with a pro-rata calculation applied to your current billing period.
I have 2 rental properties and a main home — which plan should I choose?
Combine plans to fit your needs: a Property Logbook for your main home, and two Landlord Logbooks for your rental properties. Each logbook is managed independently from a single account.
How is the HOA Logbook price calculated?
