Is the free logbook really free?
Yes, with no commitment. You document a property at your own pace. AI is limited (3 extractions, 10 AI Butler questions, 1 diagnostic per month), more than enough for personal use. Plus, Portfolio and Pro unlock higher quotas.
I have several properties, which plan should I choose?
The Portfolio plan brings up to 5 properties together in one dashboard, with rent tracking, messaging and maintenance reminders. Beyond 5 properties for professional use, the Pro plan adapts to your volume.
I manage a concierge service or a rental portfolio?
The Pro plan is built for professionals who manage a portfolio. Pricing depends on the number of properties managed, with volume discounts. We start with a 30-minute demo, then import your existing data with you. See the Pro plan.
I'm an estate agent?
The model differs from subscriptions: one logbook per property under mandate, €39 on creation. At signing, the buyer receives 12 months of Plus for free and the logbook keeps your branding. See the agency offer.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can switch from one plan to another whenever you want, your data is kept, and pro rata is calculated when you upgrade. No hidden fees, no commitment.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly saves about 17%: €49.99/year for Plus (instead of €59.88) and €199.99/year for Portfolio (instead of €239.88).
