The CIL applies to
all properties.

Instauré par la loi Climat et Résilience de 2021, le CIL vise à centraliser les caractéristiques du bien et l’historique des travaux améliorant sa performance énergétique. Il concerne les logements collectifs et individuels, neufs ou anciens, dès lors qu’ils sont construits ou font l’objet de travaux de rénovation énergétique depuis le 1er janvier 2023. Il doit être transmis à l’acheteur lors de la vente d'un logement soumis à cette obligation.
