Data Collected

Relai Confiance collects and processes the following data depending on context:

• Waitlist (website): email address voluntarily entered in the waitlist form, used solely to contact you upon service launch.
• User account (app): name, email address, password (hashed and unreadable), required for account creation and authentication.
• Content data (app): information about your properties (address, floor area, construction year), maintenance log, uploaded documents, photos, contractor contacts. This data is entered voluntarily and belongs to you.
• Browsing data: anonymised performance and usage data collected via Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (audience data: pages visited, session duration, referral source). Google Analytics sets audience measurement cookies. No personally identifiable data is transmitted.

• Performance of contract (user account, content data)
• Consent (waitlist)
• Legitimate interest (security, service improvement)

Retention Period

• Waitlist data: until service launch or upon deletion request
• Account and content data: for the duration of account activity, then deleted within 30 days of cancellation

The application includes an optional feature for automatic content extraction from PDF documents (invoices, quotes). When the user chooses to activate this feature, the relevant document is sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) for analysis. This processing is triggered exclusively by a voluntary user action — no document is sent automatically. Full details are described in our privacy policy.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies for advertising or profiling purposes. Strictly necessary technical cookies for authentication may be set by the Supabase service. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies.
